Gain practical skills to ace studies
ADHD WA has turned their Acing University Group Therapy program into two-part workshops for students starting or already enrolled at university. The content will also apply to students aged over 18 years at TAFE or other higher education providers.
Through the two workshops, participants will learn how to:
- Effectively set goals, estimate and manage time
- Effectively use a planner to keep track of appointments and to-do lists to keep track of tasks
- Build skills to manage strong emotions and unhelpful thoughts
- Unpack friendships, group work and conflict management in a high-education context
