Dive into the latest ADHD research and practical tips

Women’s Health and Wellbeing Services (WHWS) is hosting their ADHD and Women seminar for parents and carers living with or supporting someone with ADHD.

This full-day, face-to-face seminar brings together WA’s leading neuroaffirming experts to dive deep into the latest ADHD research, practical strategies, and personal insights – all with a sharp focus on the female experience.

Attendees will walk away with:

  • Actionable strategies they can use immediately
  • A deeper understanding of the unique challenges women face with ADHD
  • Tools to navigate hormonal changes, relationships, parenting, productivity and more
  • A sense of community, understanding and empowerment

Morning and afternoon tea will be provided.

Each ticket will include full access to all speaker presentations, a digital certificate of attendance, slides before the event and access to mental health and ADHD-focused exhibitors.

Please note that lunch is not provided. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase lunch locally.
