Improve early childhood intervention for future families
Kiind is hosting a consultation session for families and carers of young children aged 0-12 years.
Participants will be eligible to receive a $50 gift voucher if actively involved in the discussion.
The experiences and insights of families and carers of young children with disability are needed to help shape an important national project that is currently underway to identify and promote Best Practices in Early Childhood Intervention (ECI).
In the session we will be testing key messages with families about the ECI best practice framework – what it means, what’s in it, and how to empower families to make use of it.
Your input will help inform an ECI best practice framework, resources, and tools. These will help families, practitioners, and professionals to ensure children with developmental concerns, delay or disability have the best possible start in life.
The project is being undertaken by a consortium led by the University of Melbourne and funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services.
