Nurturing the next generation of engineers and scientists

The City of Vincent Library is hosting two coding programs for children of all abilities who are interested in the world of STEM.

Sessions are free and will be located at the City of Vincent Library in Leederville.

Upcoming programs include:

Code and Play (ages 4-6 years):

Introduce your child to the world of coding with Bee-Bots. This one-day program aims to help children explore the basics of coding through play and interactive challenges.

Time: 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Studio Code (ages 10-12 years):

Studio Code is a three-week program where participants will use LEGO® SPIKE™ Prime coding kits to build and code robots. Through hands-on making and experimentation, children will develop key STEM concepts alongside literacy, numeracy and social-emotional skills.

Date: Commences Thursday, 12 March 2026
