Empowering women and celebrating achievements

Women’s Health and Wellbeing Services (WHWS) is hosting their Women’s Wellbeing in Focus High Tea to celebrate International Women’s Day.

It provides an inclusive space for everyone who identifies as a woman to come together and be celebrated for their invaluable contributions to their families, workplaces, and the wider community.

The event will begin with a high tea and feature two guest speakers who will share valuable insights on physical and mental wellbeing.

Psychologist Yvonne Kilpatrick, who is autistic and has ADHD, will present on Reducing Your Mental Load. Additionally, Nina Lavina, an accredited practicing dietitian and disordered eating specialist living with undiagnosed ADHD, will provide insights on Practical Nutrition for Women’s Wellbeing.

You can also purchase tickets to a beginner-friendly Golf Clinic session. Only 8 places are available for the clinic.
