Empowered Connections is running their Perth Hills Peer Group every second Monday of each month for people with disability and their families who live in the City of Swan and the Shire of Mundaring.
The peer group focuses on helping family members of people with disability create and safeguard a good life through initiatives like developing Microboards, which can be part of an NDIS plan.
This group offers a safe space for sharing experiences, learning from one another, and fostering a sense of community and belonging.
