Calming the mind and body through movement

Carers WA is hosting an interactive workshop for carers exploring how trauma, stress and tension impacts the body.

Within the workshop, attendees will learn exercises and strategies to release and let go of tension through body movements, breathing and utilising imagination.

Please wear loose clothing that will allow for movement. This workshop will not require any agility or physical fitness and participation is optional.

A light lunch will be provided.
