Have you seen Kiind’s new Medical Emergency ID cards?
They’re the size of a credit card and designed to fit in your child’s purse or wallet. Alternatively, they can be attached to a lanyard and clipped inside their school bag or overnight backpack.
There are eight panels to include important information about your child’s:
- Emergency contacts.
- Medical information, including allergies.
- Medications and where to find them.
- Contact details of their GP and dentist.
- Additional space for other important information.
