The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is currently reviewing their Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) and invites parents and carers raising children with disability to share their feedback.
CAHS is committed to ensuring that people with disability can fully access the range of services and facilities they provide. The DAIP is designed to provide CAHS with a focused direction for the next three years.
Your feedback is an essential part of this, as it will help CAHS eliminate physical, institutional, and attitudinal barriers.
The survey should take between 10-15 minutes to complete. All responses will remain anonymous.
The survey closes on Thursday, 25 September 2025.
