Expressions of interest are open!

Autism Association of WA is running their Adult Therapy Group-Based Programs for autistic adults who are currently accessing their therapy services.

There is a range of programs this year that are designed to support participants to learn more about self-awareness, understanding others, communication, building relationships, life skills and more.

2026 programs include:

PEERS® Young Adults Program:

This program runs across 16 weeks on Tuesdays. It’s a research-based social skills program for autistic young adults aged 18-35 years who are motivated to build social skills.

Date: Commences Tuesday, 5 May 2026

Time: 4:30pm – 6pm

Location: Autism Association of WA, Shenton Park

Kitchen Masters Group:

An eight-week program on Wednesdays for autistic young adults aged 18-35 years. Participants will be supported to develop their communication and social skills through activity-based learning.

Date: Commences Wednesday, 29 July 2026

Time: 4pm – 6pm

Location: Autism Association of WA, East Fremantle

Mindfulness Group:

Six-week program on Tuesdays for adults wanting to learn simple relaxation strategies that can be used throughout every day to manage experiences, thoughts and feelings.

Date: Commences Tuesday, 27 October 2026

Time: 4pm – 5pm

Location: Online
