Free and flexible dental appointments for the autistic community

The Autism Association of WA is partnering with the Curtin University Oral Health Therapy Clinic to offer autistic children and adults the opportunity to attend a dental appointment at no cost.

With the support of staff from the Autism Association of WA and students in their final year of Oral Health Therapy training, these appointments allow participants to familiarise themselves with the dental clinic environment at their own pace.

Students will work with participants to complete dental check-ups and offer treatment.

Upcoming clinic dates include:

Appointments are available between 9am – 2pm, and all appointments run for 75 minutes. All clinics will be held at the Oral Health Centre of WA in Nedlands.

To assist with travel expenses, Curtin University is offering vouchers to individuals and families attending the clinics.
