A welcoming space for connection, understanding and mutual support

The Consumers of Mental Health WA (CoMHWA) is running their Listening Lounge Mental Health Peer Support Groups in various locations across Perth and online for adults of all backgrounds and abilities.

Listening Lounge Mental Health Peer Support Groups are a safe, supportive space to connect with others who’ve gone through mental health struggles of their own.

The Listening Lounge is available in locations such as:

Attendees can show up as they are, you can even turn up in your pyjamas if you like. Get up, move around, sit on the floor, whatever makes you feel comfortable.

The groups run weekly for two hours and are free to attend. The group follows a semi-flexible structure and is co-facilitated by two trained peer workers with lived experience themselves.
