Share experiences in a safe environment

Many young people who have a brother or sister with disability often carry responsibilities and emotions that may go unseen. Having a space where they feel understood by peers can often make a meaningful difference.

That’s why Siblings Australia offers their TeenSib Space, a free monthly online peer connection group run over six months, designed for siblings aged 13-18 years.

TeenSib Space provides a calm, low-pressure environment where young people can connect with others who understand sibling life, share experiences, and build a sense of belonging.

Upcoming groups include:

TeenSib Junior (ages 13-15 years):

Time: 1:30pm AWST

TeenSib Senior (ages 15–18 years):

Time: 3pm AWST

Sessions are facilitated by a TeenSib Counsellor, with a TeenSib Coordinator available in the background if needed. This helps to keep the space safe, supportive, and peer-led.
