Applications for KidSport are open!
KidSport is a WA Government program that enables eligible children to participate in community sport and recreation by offering them financial assistance of up to $300 per financial year towards club fees.
Eligible children must be:
- Aged 5–18 years
- Registering with a KidSport Club
- Named on a valid Services Australia Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card
Vouchers can be used across multiple KidSport Clubs, including StarKick.
KidSport applications are assessed within 10 business days. If an application is approved, parents will receive a code (unique to the application) via email. The code needs to be provided to the club so that the approved amount can be deducted from the registration fees.
No concession card? A special consideration may help if your family is experiencing financial challenges.
This year’s round for KidSport will be closed on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
