Kiind is excited to be co-locating with Child and Parent Centres across both the north and south of Perth to provide community outreach to parents and carers raising children with disability and developmental delay.
This information and navigation service is free and designed to help families find the right supports at the right time.
Families are welcome to drop in and speak with one of our Peer Navigators, all of whom have lived experience and can provide guidance on navigating systems such as health, early supports, NDIS, education, and more.
