Ready for some time just for you?
Carers WA is hosting a two-day workshop for parents and carers who live in or around Esperance.
Take a step back from your daily responsibilities and spend time in a calm, creative environment. Through gentle, nature-based activities, you’ll have space to reflect, connect, and recharge.
A Nature Mandala is a circular arrangement of natural materials, created as a meditative and collaborative practice. No prior experience is required.
Workshop schedule:
- 10am – Begin with a mindfulness check-in and short journalling practice, followed by a short walk in nature to collect leaves, flowers, and seeds.
- 10:30am – Create a Nature Mandala together using your gathered materials. The session includes intention setting and flower pressing.
- 11:30am – A gentle close to the morning with slow mindful movement, moving meditation, and a sound session.
You’re welcome to attend either one or both sessions, depending on what works best for you.
