Feel more confident supporting your child
Parents and carers raising children aged 0-18 years are invited to join Kiind online for a free workshop exploring attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and AuDHD (autism and ADHD).
The workshop will feature guest speaker, Bethany Brajkovich from Unstoppable Parenting. Bethany, a Kiind parent herself, brings both professional expertise and personal insight as a mother to a neurodiverse daughter who has an acutely rare disease and as someone with lived experience of AuDHD.
Bethany holds a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Children and Family Studies, and has over 15 years of experience working across state government and the not-for-profit sector. Bethany’s background spans community health, parent education, disability services, domestic violence, poverty and youth suicide prevention.
This workshop aims to help parents and carers better understand ADHD and AuDHD, feel more confident in supporting their child, and access the right tools and support along the way.
The workshop will cover:
- An introduction to ADHD and AuDHD and how it impacts parenting, your relationship with your child, family and friends
- Practical tips for parenting
- Strategies to support emotional regulation
- Tools for building connections and positive communication
Don’t miss out on this popular workshop!
Please note that all participants are required to complete an evaluation survey before and after the session.
We look forward to seeing you online soon.
