Exploring identity, insight and understanding
The Women’s Health and Wellbeing Services (WHWS) is hosting their Beyond the Mask Women Seminar for women with lived experience of autism and ADHD (AuDHD), along with their families and support networks.
Building on the success of WHWS’s ADHD and Women seminars, this seminar goes deeper, addressing the complex and often overlooked intersection of AuDHD in women.
This event aims to create change for neurodivergent women, who are often underdiagnosed due to gender bias in diagnostic criteria and the masking behaviours that women adopt to appear neurotypical.
The day will include a lineup of expert speakers discussing critical issues in the health of neurodivergent women.
Kiind will be attending the event as a sponsor and stall holder. If you’re attending, be sure to stop by and say hi to our friendly team!
Tickets to the seminar will include morning and afternoon tea.
