Join Kiind for a free online workshop for parents and carers, focusing on supporting high school students and young people through post-school transitions using neuro-affirming therapy practices.

The workshop will feature guest speakers:

Lisa Totten – Clinical advisor, speech pathologist, at Rocky Bay  

Lisa is a certified practising speech pathologist with many years of experience working with children and young people with disability and their families. She is committed to providing neurodiversity affirming therapy and is passionate about helping people reach their communication potential.

Julia Tang – Advanced clinician, occupational therapist, at Rocky Bay

Julia is an occupational therapist who has spent the last 10 years working with neurodivergent young people and their families. She enjoys getting to know each person, following their lead, learning about their interests, and finding joy in nurturing what makes them “sparkle”.

In this workshop, attendees will explore:

  • What neurodiversity affirming really means
  • Supporting your young person in high school
  • Preparing for life after school
