Empowering voices and building confidence in times of change
Kiind and YDAN (Youth Disability Advocacy Network), in partnership with Inclusion Solutions, are inviting children and young people with disability aged 9-25 years, along with parents and carers, to join our Pathfinders Project Advisory Group.
The Pathfinders Project supports young people with disability to navigate key life transitions, while also strengthening the capacity of parents and carers to support them throughout these stages.
A key life transition is any significant change to a person’s life that changes the way they behave, think about, and engage with their environment.
Examples of a key life transition stage include:
- New or changed environments (physical or social)
- New or changed roles or responsibilities
- Finding yourself in new or changed situations
Members of the Pathfinders Project Advisory Group will have the chance to share their insights on important life transitions, which will help shape the design and evaluation of the Pathfinders Project.
The Advisory Group is a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where all experiences and opinions are respected and valued. All members of the group will receive a digital gift card or honorarium payment for their participation.
Expression of interests close Friday, 1 May 2026.
