Building everyday skills these school holidays

Greenhouse Paediatrics is hosting therapy groups during the July school holidays for children aged 3-12 years with autism and/or developmental delays.

These groups aim to help attendees build confidence, connection and everyday skills through engaging, strengths-based programs.

School holiday therapy groups include:

Preteen Social Connection Group:

This group is designed specifically for autistic and neurodivergent children aged 9-12 years. The program supports children to build confidence, friendships and emotional wellbeing in a safe and inclusive environment.

Building Emotional Regulation in Preteens:

This neuroaffirming group supports children aged 8-12 years to better understand their emotions and build practical emotional regulation skills in a safe and supportive space.

Healthy Mealtime Habits:

This therapy group supports school-aged children aged 8-12 years to build positive relationships with food through pressure-free food exploration, group discussions and peer-based activities.

Fine and Gross Motor Skills:

This program provides two groups designed to meet the developmental needs of each age range. Attendees will engage in play-based or structured activities that support movement, coordination, sensory regulation and social participation.

Date 1 (aged 3-6 years): Wednesday, 8 July 2026

Date 2 (aged 7-10 years): Thursday, 9 July 2026
