Designed for adults who are blind or have low vision, Blind AFL uses modified rules and equipment to make the game accessible. Players use sound to locate the ball and other players, while lights and high-visibility materials make the goals easier to identify.
No tackling is involved, with a two-hand touch used instead. Whether your family member has played before or you would like to try footy for the first time, the program provides a supportive way to get active, meet others and build confidence.
