Discover the power of self-advocacy through film and stories

The Youth Disability Advocacy Network (YDAN) is inviting young people with disability and their families to join them for a night of fun and educational experiences at the first screening of the interview film, ‘Stories of Self-Advocacy’.

This event is part of YDAN’s SPARK program, designed for and by young people with disability in WA. The program aims to empower young people aged 12-25 years by building their capacity to self-advocate through a tailored workshop course.

‘Stories of Self-Advocacy’ is a collection of interviews with young people with disability about their experiences using self-advocacy.

A quiet room will be available on the day, along with self-advocacy activities and a photobooth.

Food, snacks, and drinks will be provided
