What is your child’s behaviour trying to tell you?
Behaviour is a means of communication, often in response to unmet needs, frustration, fear, anxiety, or discomfort. Supporting your child’s behaviour can help families minimise triggers and teach children effective ways to communicate their needs.
Kiind’s upcoming Virtual MyTime session is designed to help parents and carers of children aged 0-18 years better understand and support their child and strengthen family relationships.
This session will be facilitated by Kiind and joined by guest speaker, Maggie from Developmental Disability WA (DDWA). This session aims to help parents and carers gain the knowledge and skills to support their child’s behaviours. This includes helping attendees recognise https://ddwa.org.au/triggers, dealing with issues in early childhood through to the teenage years, and more.
We look forward to welcoming you to this safe and supportive space.
