Make unforgettable memories this winter
Blind Sports WA is running their Let’s Get Visible Winter School Holiday Program for children aged 5-15 years who are blind or vision impaired.
Over four days, attendees will take part in winter activities, outings, arts and crafts and explore opportunities to connect and make friends. This program is all about helping attendees build confidence, try new things and have a great time.
Here’s a selection of activities on offer:
- Dungeons & Dragons
- Tenpin bowling
- Sensory-friendly movie experiences
- Accessible cooking sessions
- Creative craft and hands-on sensory activities
- Inclusive outings and excursions
- Plus a few exciting surprise activities along the way
Sessions will be running on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the July school holidays.
Lunch and snacks will be provided.
Attendees are asked to bring a water bottle, a hat, a cane or mobility aid (if used), and wear comfy clothes and shoes.
