CliniKids is hosting their latest autism webinar on ‘Understanding School Refusal/School Can’t and How To Help’ and invites parents and carers to join them.
CliniKids’ autism webinar series aims to provide families with the latest research while helping parents and carers apply best practice principles to their daily lives. This session will be delivered by Dr Mei’en Lim, Senior Clinical Psychologist, and Dr Jack Brett, Clinical Neuropsychologist and Research Fellow at CliniKids.
The webinar will cover the following:
- What is school can’t and the impact of schooling?
- How do you identify early signs?
- What are the reasons for school can’t?
- What are the challenges families and teachers run into?
- How do we support children to engage with schooling?
- How can educators and caregivers support each other?
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during the Q&A session following the presentation.
