Kiind is excited to be continuing our community outreach in Term 2!
We are looking forward to supporting as many families out in the community as possible. To do this, we are kindly asking for your help to share this flyer with your networks and refer families who may benefit from our support.
What is Kiind’s community outreach?
We are co-locating with Child and Parent Centres across both the north and south of Perth to provide information and navigation support to parents and carers raising children with disability, autism and developmental delay.
This is a free service where families can drop in to speak with our team, who will provide a needs assessment and guide them to the right supports for their child.
How does this support families ?
We provide families with the tools and support to confidently navigate key transitions and milestones in their child’s journey including:
- Securing a diagnosis and early supports
- Navigating the NDIS and understanding the child’s plan
- Supporting and advocating for the child at school
- Accessing carer and financial supports
- And much more!
